kate: refresh page (#9546)

* Refresh `kate` command description

* Enhance descriptions:
- remove mentioning editor name many times
- use backticks for i/o streams
- simplify descriptions

* Enhance first two examples:
- expand placeholders
- expand descriptions

* Error fixed

* Update pages/common/kate.md
